Located centrally in Marian, occupying a large block, The Marian Studio is a swift 20 minute drive from the Mackay CBD, offering 4 separate spaces that will cater to a wide range of activities and events – The Main Studio, The Back Studio and The Back Lot. With beautiful timber floors, in-wall barres and mirrors, ceiling fans, acoustic curtains, a separate kitchen and communal space, as well as as an abundance of natural light and access to all amenities, this immaculate premises ticks all of the boxes.
The Main Studio
SIZE – 12.5m x 18m COST – $23.0 per hour
FACILITIES – The Main Studio is the largest indoor space available for hire and offers timber floors, mirrors, in-wall barres, ceiling fans, acoustic curtains, access to all amenities, as well as wheelchair access and an abundance of onsite parking. This space is perfect for conducting classes or activities of your choice.
AVAILABILITY – Monday to Friday 6am – 8:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am – 6pm (subject to availability).
The Back Studio
SIZE – 3m x 7m COST – $19.0 per hour
FACILITIES – The Back Studio is a smaller indoor space, perfect for one-on-ones, consultations, small classes or even photography thanks to its abundance of natural light. It offers beautiful timber floors, ceiling fans, access to all amenities, as well as wheelchair access and an abundance of onsite parking.
AVAILABILITY – Monday to Friday 6am – 8:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am – 6pm (subject to availability).
The Back Lot
SIZE – Approx. 13m x 20m COST – $17.0 per hour
FACILITIES – The Back Lot is the perfect outdoor space for bootcamps or other outdoor activities. It offers a large regularly mowed grassy area, with access to all amenities. The Back Lot is located behind the main building offering privacy during your hire period, and offers an abundance of onsite parking.
AVAILABILITY – Monday to Friday 6am – 8:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 6am – 5pm (subject to availability).

BOOKINGS
The Marian Studio bookings are made simple through the scheduling platform Skedda. Skedda is an extremely user friendly scheduling system that allows the hiree to take control.
